Position: Title: Business Development Manager-Industrial Department: FC-Sales & Marketing Status: Permanent Full-Time Reports To: GM

Job Brief: We seek an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will be the face of RachTR, dedicated to creating and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: Generate leads and qualify prospects while effectively communicating our value proposition. Arrange and conduct business development meetings with prospective clients. Maintain coordination with clients, Architects, Builders, Contractors, and PMCs for Industrial Projects, ensuring regular review meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and Key Decision Makers in the Targeted Industry. Independently manage accounts while tracking sales activities and providing regular performance reports. Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or relevant role in a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, BE/B.Tech, or related field. Demonstrated sales track record, particularly in identifying new business opportunities in the Epoxy/PU/ESD Flooring Solutions sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Suitable candidates likely come from backgrounds in Plant Automation, Precision Industry, OEMs, Battery/Lighting Industry, Industrial Goods & Machinery, Tyre Industry, Chemical/Flooring Industry, Start-ups, Industrial Cleaning Solutions, and Forklift Industry.
