We work with one of the largest retail companies in India - Reliance. We work on projects of Jio, Reliance Retail and Reliance Digital etc.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Program Manager to join our Realtime Integration team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of API workflows and integration processes for 3P Marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), ERP, POS, and WMS systems. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing seamless integration, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. This position will work closely with the Integrations Product Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Roles And Responsibilities Program Management:
- Oversee all external dependencies with 3P Marketplaces, ensuring smooth integration and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with channel tech POCs for both short and long-term issue resolutions.
Issue Resolution - Lead program management for internal issue resolution with Product Support Engineering (PSE) and core development teams.
- Identify frequently recurring issues, collaborate with the Integrations Product Manager to convert them into requirements, and monitor delivery.
Onboarding Specialist - Serve as the onboarding specialist for enterprise clients, particularly in relation to ERP, POS, WMS, and 3P Marketplaces.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any integration challenges that may arise.
Requirements Management - Monitor and track new requirements and backlog, collaborating with the Integrations Product Manager to plan the roadmap for RTI (upstream and downstream).
- Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of key features.
Sprint Delivery And Deployment - Monitor and track sprint delivery, ensuring that production deployment-related updates are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to facilitate seamless deployment processes.
Testing And User Acceptance - Assist developers and QA teams in testing processes, ensuring the quality of RTI releases.
- Act as a gatekeeper for User Acceptance Testing for RTI and core releases impacting RTI.
Qualifications - Proven experience in program management, particularly in API Integrations or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and a strong understanding of integration workflows.
- Familiarity with 3P Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra), ERP, POS, and WMS systems.
- Strong relationship management skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
