Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will generate leads, manage accounts, provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibility-

Handling inbound customer inquiries.

Pre-qualifying inquiries.

We are scheduling client appointments at our experience center.

Following up with customers to close orders.

Processing order closure documents and coordinating.

Coordinating with the design team for order closure.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
