Job description

McAfee WEB Gateway
Day to day administration and device Management of Secure Web Gateway Inhouse and Cloud
Performing version & patch updates
Web Access rules configurations for Secure Web Gateway (addition/modification/deletion)
Black/White list rules configuration (addition/modification/deletion)
Coordination with OEM for Re-categorization of websites 
Routing configuration changes (addition/modification/deletion)
Backup & restore of Secure Web Gateway configuration
Quarterly/Bi-yearly web access rule-base analysis (Manually) and compliance against audit
Coordination with OEM?s for product related issues and bugs
Coordination with Hardware vendors for break fix and replacements
Generating standard & on demand system generated reports available on existing solution
Availability & Performance Monitoring
12 x 6 availability & tool based performance monitoring
Monitor and alert on baseline threshold exceptions
Coordination with product OEM?s for latest version & patch release
Validate the latest stable version & patch release
Application of approved version & patch signature on production environment 
Incident, Service, Change & Configuration management (L1/L2/L3 Tickets handling)
Secure Web Gateway Alert Analysis, Validation and Notification
Provide relevant logs/configuration information to support forensic analysis and investigation available on existing solutions and appliance
Support as and when required on 24x7 basis in case of Incidents and IOC for blocking malicious URLs
