Job description
1 Sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products using current
specification and standard test procedure for chemical testing and instrumental techniques
(HPLC, IR, UV), as appropriate
2 Preparing Quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished
products), Certificates of Analysis (CoA) (for finished products) and stability reports
3 Creating and executing method development and method validation test protocols for raw
materials, intermediates and finished products and generating the appropriate analytical
methods
4 Manage technology transfer & stability studies
5 Preparation of validation protocols & reports
6 Prepare an analytical specification using developed method and reviewing existing
analytical specifications
7 Stability testing of products for new molecules and ongoing stability trials
8 Preparing /reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
9 Calibrating analytical equipment as per schedules
10 To Trouble shots analytical instruments
11 Supporting all QC activities
12 Perform the qualification for working standard and maintain the documents as per SOP
13 Reporting of Out of Specification and participation in OOS investigations
14 Report deviation and incident timely and participation in OOS investigations
15 Follow the Good Laboratory & safety guideline
