Understand Adani's business priorities and contribute to the overall security strategy roadmap with the aim of supporting business and function goals.
Lead initiatives in the security automation audit domain across multiple sites and businesses, to enable achievement of the functional strategic objectives
Security Audits
Devise and maintain relevance of Security Audit framework to ensure coverage of all critical processes and system (automation) in the Group Process Manual
Publish the audit calendar and ensure adherence across sites/ BU
Lead the se curity automation audit execution at sites and analyse audit findings; Generate audit reports for relevant stakeholders
Finalize the action plan to plug the observed gaps and lead follow-up audits wherever necessary to ensure implementation of action plans.
Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance team to mitigate the gaps from the audits.
Performance Improvement
Participate in the performance review of the domain; Conduct performance review of the Audit mechanisms and submit reports
Develop Intelligence Network
Identify source inside company premises and develop and maintain sources for financial crime intelligence & Information networking
Develop and foster relationships with business units and functions to ensure awareness and to keep check on fraudulent practices.
Develop and maintain sources in Union to get timely information related to union activity in organization or nearby area.
Open Source Intelligence Management
Monitor Local Newspaper on regular basis to know information related to organization or news can affect business interest.
Monitor Social media to track activity of any person or Group against business interest.
Monitoring social media maligning business image.
Intelligence Management
Proactive intelligence Gathering to foil attempts/likelihoods of any crime or union activities. Information collection & sharing with filed teams, ops team in mitigating risks.
Maintain track register of gathered information.
Conducting training programs on Intelligence & Vigilance. For outsource security staff deployed with Vigilance section. Motivate them to develop their own sources and strengthen intelligence network in & around the vicinity of complex.
Reports and Dossier
Collect information related local union activity and provide for Dossier.
Collect information of surrounding area local leader and provide it for dossier.
Maintaining records of antisocial elements in & around the vicinity of complex and keeping a track of their movements.
Help in Carry out investigation of frauds prepare reports and share with concerned.
Maintain records of Criminal cases filed against or filed by security department with help of legal department.
Provide Monthly crime data of region for report.
I & V fund distribution
Recommend potential sources for monthly Stipends.
Recommend informer for gift based on his information.
Qualifications Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree relevant field
Postgraduate degree in relevant field
Experiences
Fresher or experience can be adopted in the field of Automation and Audit
Knowledge of designing and implementing audit frameworks encompassing the varied operations of the Security function.
Preferable to have worked/knowldege in an organization with diversified business
