Profile Handle all end-to-end project responsibilities for supporting the business.

Experience 10 years
Domain - Insurance and / or Finance (preferred)
Qualifications - B. Sc / M. Sc / B. Tech / MCA – IT or Computer Science
Relevant Experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing end to end project as a project manager for the team size of 10-15 members.
- 4+ years of experience in creating/maintaining project documentation e.g. project charter, project plan, req doc, comm. plan, test plan, release plan, tech specs.
- 2+ years of experience in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects (RPA-UiPath), legacy modernization etc.
Responsibilities / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:
- End to end project responsibilities, including initiation till prod release.
- Manage team of size 10-15 member (remote offshore locations, perm employee and/ Partner resources)
- Weekly project status reporting, Dashboards, maintaining project costs and profitability.
- Liaising with the vendor partners and maintaining relationship.
- Manage all quality aspects of the deliverables.
- Manage end to end support service (post go live support, L2-L3)
- Assist in project estimation, analysis and req gathering etc.
- Assist in cost-benefit analysis, RFPs and solutioning.
Technical Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in managing end to end project as a project manager for the team size of 10 – 15 members.
- 4+ years of experience in creating/maintaining project documentation e.g. project charter, project plan, req doc, comm. plan, test plan, release plan, tech specs.
- 2+ years of experience in handling digital transformation projects, automation projects (RPA-UiPath), legacy modernization etc.
- 4+ years of experience in handling direct customer and/ product owner - communication.
- Experience in handling support services.
- Experience in managing infra requirements.
- Experience in SCRUM set up, aware about the ceremonies.
- Strong process orientation, structured and well organized.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical, problem- solving skills and handling escalations.
- Very good interpersonal skills, team management and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exp. of handling SA customers.
- Working experience as a scrum master and aware about SAFe.
- Hands on exp as a Technical Analyst
