Job description
Profile Description: Director of Training and Development is responsible for managing and driving the Training, overseeing the development of employees within the Revenue Optimization cluster. H/She would Design, Plan, and Implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs. H/She would be often involved in all aspects of this Process Training (RCM) from designing effective training programs to selecting instructors to facilitate those programs. H/She will work with managers and trainers to ensure that the trainees are meeting Training Goals. They have access to this knowledge while they’re on the job. They are constantly looking for and applying new ways to help employees better develop and harness their skills.
Key Responsibilities: ⦁ Develop bespoke training material and appropriate delivery methods for new hires as well as new initiatives for existing staff. ⦁ Identify training needs and devise improvement plans thru Innovative Coaching techniques/refreshers/Classroom / e-learning based Training techniques. ⦁ Deliver relevant training programs under specified timelines. Ensure individual and organization wide training needs are fulfilled ⦁ Coordinate with Operations for successful implementation of training modules. Closely track progress and maintain records of all training activities. ⦁ Monitor trainees progress and provide feedback to them and their managers on an ongoing basis from the classroom to the OJT Floor ⦁ Creating reports and training dashboards for the stakeholders. ⦁ To play an active role in training the Trainers ⦁ Conduct RCA & Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. ⦁ Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry. ⦁ Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve. ⦁ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions. ⦁ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met ⦁ Prepares and implements training budget. ⦁ Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: (Education & other certifications required)⦁ A Bachelor's degree or related area is a must. MBA/Post graduate degree is preferred. ⦁ TTT Certified is must ⦁ Knowledge of Articulate 360, Instructional Designing (ADDIE, Blooms Level), Transition are Adding Advantage Role Prerequisites: (Overall and Relevant Experience) ⦁ At least =>10 years of experience in training with a minimum of 4-5 years includes managing a Team, Design & Delivery content, facilitating programs, e-learning, Digitization are preferable. Functional Competencies: (knowledge and skill required. Highlight the MUST HAVES)⦁ Well versed with US Healthcare, end to end knowledge of RCM ⦁ Expert level proficiency in core healthcare revenue cycle functions including billing, posting AR, collections, coding and credentialing. ⦁ Certifications in medical billing/coding preferred ⦁ Should have experience of SixSigma methodology, experience of Project Management ⦁ Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills ⦁ Ownership driven and results oriented ⦁ Strong Microsoft/ Google Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Job tags
