Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Virtual Oplossing Pvt Ltd located in Chandigarh. The Freight Broker will be responsible for brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management. The Freight Broker will manage relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiate rates, dispatch loads, and ensure timely delivery of goods. The Freight Broker will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Customer service skills and experience
• Dispatching and Account Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the transportation and logistics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
