About the role:
This role is for a multidimensional graphic designer and video storyteller with a passion for turning ideas into creative collateral that attracts and engages our target audiences. You should have experience and a portfolio that showcases creativity and accomplishments in graphic design and video production.
Key responsibilities:
1. Own ideation and creation of marketing collaterals
2. Coach the team in designing a variety of market-facing content
3. Review the design outputs of team members and give clear and actionable feedback
Mandatory Skills:
1. 2-5 years of prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and a strong portfolio of sample projects
2. Expert in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
3. Keen eye for design and aesthetics
Good to have skills:
1. Experience working on marketing creatives
2. High-level knowledge of Paid Marketing Channels like FB, Instagram, YT, etc.
3. Domain Specialisations - Content B2C Apps
Interview Process:

3. Final Round with Growth Head
