Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, with an executive level role requiring more than 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategy development, cost reduction, relationship building, and procurement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in cost reduction and cost management
- Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct project status meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects
