Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Providing risk advisory for guarantees and letters of credit, implementing risk mitigation strategies, managing credit facilities, overseeing issuance and negotiation of guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Additionally, the position includes providing regular trade finance training and liaising with RBI for exception approvals.

- Additionally, the position includes providing regular trade finance training and liaising with RBI for exception approvals.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate - Chartered Accountant or hold an MBA (or equivalent) with a preference for an additional law degree,
- Possessing 12-15 years of experience including exposure to vetting guarantee terms
- Demonstrate expertise in trade finance, including UCC, central bank guidelines, and experience in RBI liaison, Project Export Memorandum projects, and structuring compliant cross-border transactions.
