WORK EXPERIENCEÂ Â Â Â :Â Â Â Â Â Â Min 2 Years in industry /Warehouse, Knowledge and worked in Mfg. Pro/ERP/SAP/Tally/QAD

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily DPR, RM & PM closing report
• Production & Dispatch schedule follow up with supply planning and
• communicate to ESC and confirm.
• Vehicle arrangement for direct dispatch &
• follow-up with logistic team and insure dispatch on time
• Vehicle follow up for CFA dispatch with ESC team and insure dispatch on time
• Making Sales Invoicing & e waybill.
• Vehicle check inspection with Quality member
• Vehicle in & Out record and making TTT
• RM/ PM consumption & wastage record.
• Sample send to R&D.
• Insure RM/ PM availability as per RSF Plan.
• Making KPI & MIS
• Purchase bill entry, Finished goods production entries
• E mail Handling
• Monthly Reconciliation & Accounting
• Debit Note , Credit note follow up ESC & confirm.
• Should be high Integrity, able to remote handling.
• Should be flexible to Travel
• Good analytical skill
• Excellent knowledge of excel & other MS office software
