Job description
1. Install, maintain, and repair production and plant facilities equipment, ensuring high productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
2. Diagnose faults and perform electrical and control system repairs on production line machinery.
3. Program and troubleshoot using Allen Bradley software RS Logix 5000 and FactoryTalk View ME.
4. Maintain inventory for spare parts and report needs to supervisor regularly.
5. Upgrade machinery control programs to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
6. Perform preventive maintenance and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
7. Collaborate with production departments and maintenance sections for smooth operations.
8. Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
9. Engage in the installation and repair of electrical systems including communication systems.
10. Support the implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
