Civil Supervisor - Chokhi Dhani Indore (Hotel Background Preferred)

As we expand our presence in Indore, we're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with a hotel background to join our team and oversee the construction and maintenance of our facilities. About the Role In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of civil construction and maintenance projects at Chokhi Dhani Indore. You'll work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction and maintenance projects. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or risks, taking prompt corrective action. Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies, and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency. Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures on the construction site. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members and workers. Qualifications (Hotel Background Preferred) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil construction and maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
