Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a US Immigration Specialist located in Hyderabad. As a specialist, you will be responsible for assisting employees and management in navigating US immigration regulations and procedures. You will also be responsible for complex case management, developing policies and procedures related to US immigration, as well as compliance and auditing. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be providing guidance and advice to a diverse group of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Review and analyse MSA's, NDA's, and vendor contract letters
• Handle New H-1B, Â Amendment, Extension, and Transfer cases, as well as H4 dependents visa filing, H4 EAD filing, and preparation of supporting documents for PERM/I-140 & Perm Audits
• File LCA's as per DOL regulations, ensuring on-time filing and maintaining PAF and LCA posting notices.
• Coordinate and review LCAs with attorneys and provide updates to consultants
• Assist in the submission of visa categories H-1B, H4, and H4 EAD by preparing and submitting forms like I-129, I-539, and I-765.
• Manage and track H1-B, GC, and immigration documents in the H1-B , GC system
• 5+ years of experience in US immigration law or administration, including experience with H-1B and other visas
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and demonstrated ability to interpret regulations, policies, and procedures
