Job Title - HEAD (AIR TECHNICAL)

Work location - Pune

Qualification - B.Tech/ B.E.

Exp. - 7 yrs and above

Job Responsibilities-

The employee will be responsible for effective maintenance of all the company aircrafts. Their duties would include but would not be limited to

1. Supervise all Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of company's aircraft. a. Interact with the MRO maintaining the aircraft on a regular basis and take stock of the maintenance activities being planned and their timelines etc. b. Ensure the maintenance practices followed by the MRO are correct and as per the OEM's guidelines.

2. Interact with OEM and FSRs of Bombardier for various maintenance issues facing the fleet and Service Bulletins or any other related maintenance issues from time to time.

3. Coordination and supervision of maintenance, including line maintenance, hourly and calendar-based maintenance schedules, in close coordination with the maintenance agencies.

4. Ensure timely procurement of spares in consultation with the maintenance agencies.

5. Maintain a record of all insurances, components due list, spares and liaise with the Maintenance agencies for keeping the aircraft airworthy.

6. Advice VP(Aviation) on all aircraft maintenance issues.

7. Maintain proper upkeep of all ground support equipment of Bajaj Auto Ltd.

8. Liaison with DGCA/DAW and other maintenance agencies/ authorities for maintenance issues.

9. Maintain a record of and ensure timely renewals of all subscriptions that the company has subscribed for.

Requirements-

  1. Relevant training on Global BD700 (Vision Flight Deck aircraft)
  2. Graduation in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
