Job description
The candidate will be required to troubleshoot, test and support AV-based devices for the client, including but not limited to:
- Experience on HDBT Equipment will be an added advantage Experience in Zoom, Programming of AV Control and Audio DSP protocols and concepts.
- Daily monitoring of Zoom rooms and AV setup All kind of upgrade e.g. OS patch, vulnerability, firmware for AV Devices Device level Configurations and optimizations
- Additional feature configuration Support for initial troubleshooting of all hardware /software related issues & coordination with AV Technical Assistance at Rahi
- Create a plan of Action to install updates /patches and bug fixes as and when required
- Provide automation solutions to the customer using existing APIs available in AV platforms.
- Reporting mutually agreed on report sharing Daily/Weekly/Monthly
- Coordinating with the Rahi team for Product Lifecycle management for installed products.
- AV Network audit: Configuration review and compliance, Configuration assistance and best practices, Design for AV review assistance and best practices Rahi TAC; Help Desk support; Managing trouble tickets and gathering input for analysis; Generate monthly high level reports on trouble Tickets
Core qualifications:
- Good interpersonal communication skills are needed to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet development timelines
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
Technical qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 3 years of AV domain
- Good interpersonal skills, for effective communication with business and technical teams.
- Strong exposure to device failure capture level troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of successful and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
- Technical Support experience in AV domain
Academic qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics or any equivalent
- PERFORMANCE GOALS: Should be able to meet deadlines
- Good Coordination with customer onsite
