Job description
The Digital Performance Strategist is a highly motivated, team-oriented individual who works closely with Ansira's website customers to deliver an integrated marketing strategy and top-notch customer support. Their focus is on helping to guide performance improvements using analytics and the principles of U/X, CRO, and website design. Depending on the customer's product mix, they will also partner closely with internal centers of excellence (SEO, Social, and paid advertising) to report on and effectively consult on their integrated digital marketing efforts.
The Digital Performance Strategist position is held by a seasoned Account Manager and Digital Marketer who is responsible for maintaining relationships with an individual Dealer or a Dealer Group across multiple OEMs and multiple locations. They support the growth and retention of revenue, sourcing business development opportunities, assisting with the sales process, and providing expert direction and guidance to their customers. A Digital Performance Strategist has mastery of 5 core competencies:
- Ability to drive value-added goal-driven website recommendations, and to execute U/X best practices to maximize the website's performance.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization and paid advertising, and ability to interpret and craft SEO and SEM performance stories using analytics.
- Ability to engage customers properly to establish and meet goals.
- Strong communication skills to effectively guide digital marketing recommendations and implement mutually agreed upon strategies.
- Organizational and account management skills, including consultative selling when appropriate.
- Drive engagement and positive relationships, resulting in high customer/product retention and revenue growth within assigned client base.
- Drive increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through customer retention and client satisfaction scores.
- If the customer has services such as SEO or advertising, ability to speak to these services and how they impact the entire digital strategy
- Coordinate online marketing strategy with other key business partners internally and externally.
- Utilize Google Analytics to benchmark and measure strategy.
- Respond to changes in direction and other client dynamics with flexibility, resourcefulness and a problem-solving mindset.
- Manages the client facing experience and executes the work for our website performance management solution.
- Expertly utilizes Ansira's proprietary website platform in order to deliver in the moment customer service for in-bound dealer requests.
- Independently and proactively offers professional guidance and recommendations regarding emerging digital and new marketing technologies.
- Support dealership go to market activities on the website.
- Drive dealership redesign efforts as needed in partnership with Digital Operations design teams.
- Demonstrate expert working knowledge of OEM Make/Model structure, class of vehicle, and relevance to a dealer's market.
- Seamlessly incorporates industry/market best practices into strategy development and client calls.
- Manage accounts with varying levels of revenue/product instances, ensuring a consistent experience.
- Independently create and manage the account strategy with relevant account team members in order to produce a unified digital strategy plan.
- Lead the communication of the value of Ansira solutions (Website Performance Management, SEO, PPC, Social, Email, etc.), both for the technical and marketing benefits they bring.
- Digitally adept and able to devise multiple ways to execute an idea.
- Possesses creative and highly technical skills with a strong business acumen.
- Ensure management of daily and monthly account operations and escalation management.
- Provide monthly and quarterly strategy recommendations driven by data/analytics to improve organic and website performance, tied to business goals.

Education And Experience - 5-6 Years of client-facing account management experience required.
- 3-4 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field (or Equivalent Experience) preferred
