Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Developer located in Noida. As a UI/UX Developer at Zipaworld, you will be responsible for developing and improving the user experience by creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for our platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into user-centered design solutions and ensure our platforms are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and optimized for conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio of design projects showcasing UI/UX design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Proto.io.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
