Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting health economic analyses and generating real-world evidence to support strategic decision-making across our portfolio of products and therapies.
[Responsibilities]: Conduct health economic evaluations, including cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact analyses, and cost-of-illness studies, to assess the value of healthcare interventions and inform pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze real-world data studies, including retrospective database analyses, prospective observational studies, and patient-reported outcomes research. Utilize statistical software and modeling techniques to analyze healthcare data, generate evidence-based insights, and develop economic models to support product value propositions. Interpret and communicate study findings effectively through written reports, presentations, and publications for internal stakeholders, regulatory submissions, and scientific conferences. Stay abreast of evolving methodologies, regulations, and trends in health economics, outcomes research, and market access to ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards. Provide strategic input into the development of clinical trial protocols, endpoints, and study designs to incorporate health economic and outcomes research objectives. Support the preparation of health technology assessments (HTAs), value dossiers, and other evidence-based submissions for reimbursement authorities and health technology assessment agencies. Collaborate with external research partners, key opinion leaders, and academic institutions to advance HEOR initiatives and establish strategic partnerships.Job tags
