Job description
Role : Lead - Frontend Development (System Design) As the Team Leader - Front End Development, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our front-end development team to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces. Your expertise in system design will be crucial in shaping the architecture of our products. The ideal candidate is not only a proficient front-end developer but also possesses strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor the team.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and growth.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.- Utilize your expertise in system design to architect robust and scalable front-end solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective system designs.- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.Development :- Actively contribute to the development of front-end code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality front-end solutions.- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or quality.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of front-end components.- Participate in cross-functional discussions to drive innovation and continuous improvement in product development processes.Desired Profile : - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or any engineering field.- Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a minimum of 3+ years in a team lead role.- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.- In-depth knowledge of system design principles and experience in designing scalable and maintainable front-end architectures.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
