Role Description
Hubble Bubble is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Branding Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts and build our brand presence online. As our digital marketing expert, you will plan and execute digital strategies across channels to drive engagement, acquire customers, and promote our brand, including social media marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Trivandrum, but flexibility for some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Work Experience 3+ Years (Freelance considered)
- Experience in developing and managing web analytics and online marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights and ideas effectively
- Experience in creating and managing brand identity and reputation
- Knowledge of various digital marketing tools and techniques
- Certifications such as OMCA, DMAC, and DMIM preferred
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent communication and creative skills
- Video production and design skills are a plus
- Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends
- Bachelors/Masters qualifications: Irrelevant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, etc.
- Manage Hubble Bubble's social media accounts and community engagement
- Create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns and brand-building
- Analyse digital metrics and optimise campaigns for improved ROI
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers on visual assets for digital marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and strategic partners
- Monitor online reputation and handle crisis communication when needed

- Salary Package: Starting INR ₹ 6 lakhs per annum (depending on experience) + limitless bonus.
