Job description

• We are seeking an exceptional Lead quality assurance professional who will join the Digital engineering organization and play a key role in developing Waygates digital inspection solutions and products
• We play in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT), Digital workflows, and other relevant digital areas, in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry

As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing & driving the overall verification strategy for the product/solution under development by working with the Test architect/Lead

• Driving Test Automation using Selenium, Java, Maven, GIT, page object model framework, data driven framework & API testing.

• Working with the product owner and software developers continuously to align the test execution strategy and plan

• Writing functional and automated tests - where applicable and test harnesses application and services under test

• Leading manual verification execution, automation development and execution

• Driving NFR testing, including performance and cyber security.

• Reviewing verification results looking for compliance to our quality management system

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a graduate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering Technology, or related field with 10 years of professional experience.

• Have experience in architecting and designing test framework from scratch.

• Have Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for testing and debugging complex design problems.

• Have understanding of system design concepts and subsystem interactions and interfaces

• Have understanding of different levels testing and behavioral driven design testing techniques

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
