Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our creative team as a 3D Blender Artist cum Adobe After Effects Executive. This role requires a unique combination of skills in 3D modeling, animation, and post-production using Adobe After Effects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content that aligns with our brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modeling and Animation:

Create high-quality 3D models and animations using Blender software.

Develop visually appealing 3D assets for use in various multimedia projects, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver 3D elements that meet or exceed expectations.

Adobe After Effects Expertise:

Utilize Adobe After Effects to enhance and refine visual elements created in Blender, ensuring seamless integration into final video projects.

Implement motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing techniques to elevate the overall quality and impact of the content.

Work closely with video editors to ensure the successful integration of 3D elements into video productions.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work within specified timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and other stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content creation.

Continuous Skill Development:

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D modeling, animation, and motion graphics.

Proactively seek opportunities for skill development and training to enhance proficiency in Blender and Adobe After Effects.

Quality Control and Testing:

Conduct thorough quality control checks on all 3D and After Effects work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

Test and troubleshoot projects to identify and resolve any issues related to 3D rendering, animation, or post-production effects.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience with 3D modeling and animation using Blender.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for post-production and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D and motion graphics projects.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
