Salesforce Developer Hybrid, Bangalore Permanent

We're hiring a skilled Salesforce Developer in Bangalore to develop and maintain applications on our complex Salesforce org, supporting our mission to transform higher education and create opportunities for international students. This role is crucial for adapting to industry changes and enhancing our capabilities across various business functions, including B2B and B2C sales, student application processing, and financial accounting activities. Responsibilities: Meet stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce applications with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other web technologies. Ensure code coverage is maintained through Apex test class construction. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs in Salesforce applications for optimal performance and quality. Provide technical support and documentation for Salesforce users and administrators. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development. Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I (required), Platform II, or Platform App Builder (desirable). Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce tools and frameworks such as Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System. Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware. Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governance best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
