About Process The account manager shall own and oversee activities of mining the existing client. They should be able to build and maintain relationship with decision makers in clients resulting in up-selling & cross-selling.
Grow business by achieving revenue targets with existing clients by means of portfolio expansion, new service offerings.
Become trusted service partner by meeting client needs and exceeding client expectations.

Requirement Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Knowledge skills – Sales & marketing, highly analytical, good presentation skills.
Experience 3+ years in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Managing and Building relationship with Existing Accounts
Mining and growing the account with net additions of head count and revenue.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Forecasting and pipeline.
Should be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to take initiatives
Specifically from a staffing background. Good communication and presentation skills.
Key competency in Sales and Business Development and Client engagement.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Should be good at managing multiple stakeholders, interacting with senior leadership at client place and ASMood at managing multiple stakeholders, interacting with senior leadership at client place and ASM
Capable of up-selling Learning Services and Digitized Workforce Solutions.
Understand the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and makes plans to achieve the same.
Data analytics , Customer centricity , Willing to travel
Qualification MBA preferred
Shift timings 9:30-6:30pm
Transport Boundaries Location wise they have to travel and be on field for entirety of the day, also they should report to office as well
