Job description
- We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to support our key commodity management functions
- In this role you will collaborate with internal cross functions team such as Procurement operations, finance, Product Management, Engineering, Services and Finance
- Manage Third Party site to ensure new opportunities from sales and manage NCR PID creation process are managed effectively
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Responsible for managing the Third Party Product (TPP) process for NCR, which includes managing TPP database, entering Product Identification Numbers, and working with Product Management, Engineering, and Service Planning in the release of new products.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain process and its workflow through systems.
- Responsible for the Third-party product release, deals with the products, which have no life cycle management.
- Working with peers across NCR Voyix, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Key Management to help develop the strategic direction of the commodity team.
- Manage the process through systems via regular updates from Commodity team.
- Manage workload and complete the assigned tasks in the given SLA.
- Record approvals, inputs from the cross functional team in the system database.
Basic Qualifications/Experience :
- Ability to use IT applications (ERP, GSDB etc.) to execute the Source to Pay work process, work through expedites.
- Have previous work experience in Supply Chain role.
- Work independently with a high degree of organization.
- Communicate in a professional and concise manner.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross functional team members.
- Quickly learn and adapt to enhanced work processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Display a strategic and analytical mindset.
