BluePond.Ai is a new GenAi driven technology company, established by senior Insurance industry executives, creating innovative solutions for Insurance industry.
Our teams are spread between India and the US. Our main market focus is the US. We are looking for Chief of Staff who can help with the following: Support CEO (US based), COO (based in India) and leadership team on general management Take the lead on developing Board/Investor decks and other strategic initiatives/presentations Market and Competitive Research Work on other people and business management tasks such as communications, special projects and engagement reviews Support vendor assessments and other BD related activities on need basis Since we are a start-up, the candidate will have tremendous exposure to leadership, overall vision and execution of the company. The ideal candidate should have the following: MBA with 2-3 years of experience in strategy/tech areas. Tier 1/2 institutes preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, deck preparation, documentation, abstraction, and analytical skills Good team playerJob tags
