TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING TRAINER
Position Title : Technical Programming Trainer (C++/Java/C#)
Location : Technopark Phase-1 Trivandrum
Type : Full-Time
About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Programming Trainer with proficiency
in at least two of the following programming languages: Java, C#, or C++. This role involves creating
and delivering high-quality, engaging training programs focused on developing programming skills,
from basic syntax to advanced concepts like object-oriented programming (OOP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and conduct interactive training sessions in Java, C#, and/or C++ for effective skill- building and problem solving.
• Create curriculum and course materials that are current with programming practices and standards.
• Lead hands-on programming workshops and lab sessions to reinforce learning objectives.
• Assess and evaluate trainee progress through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance trainees' learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in programming languages and methodologies.
• Collaborate with other instructors and team members to improve the training program.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for effective remote training and collaboration.
• Proactively monitor trainee progress and evaluate assignments to ensure learning goals are met.
• Manage and effectively utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to support training activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training or a related field.
• Teaching experience in at least two of these programming languages: Java, C#, C++.
• Strong grasp of programming concepts, from basic syntax to object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience in curriculum development and educational material creation.
• Familiarity with digital training tools and remote education platforms.
• Knowledge of handling Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certification in technical training or education is an advantage.
