Its research platform has evolved to be the “google” of the B2B world, wherein customers can search for any new opportunities impacting clients or how industries or markets are evolving. It also provides access to analysts to contextualize and then have a dedicated customer success team who gets married to the clients’ goals. Instead of looking at problems in silos, the platform looks at all connected latent problems due to the revenue shifts across interconnected ecosystems and identify the potential decisions impacted by the unknowns created, impacting revenue decisions across Strategy, Marketing, Product, Sales, CXO, BU Heads, M&A, and Innovation. As the company readies for its next phase of growth and revisits its key growth drivers, there is a need to bring on key leaders and team to manage our global Sales and operations to lead this business for the next phase of its growth journey. In recent years, the business has pivoted to a platform subscription-based model, which enables the company to build deeper client relationships with Fortune 1,000 companies. The platform has the potential to be the "Google" of the B2B world. Provided this role will be selling growth programs across the globe, this role would require a hypergrowth mindset, strong pedigree, and high sales rigor to drive customer success (farming), enterprise (new hunting business) and inbound (high-volume transactional business) teams, aggregative 100% of the global business. The existing 10,000+ clients are spread across geographies, revenues (USD 500 Mn to over USD 50 Bn), and verticals, even including startups. The role involves international travel to collaborate with leadership onsite and meet clients. The role is preferred to be based in Pune. KEY RELATIONSHIPS

: Reports to ClientSuccess Head/ Vertical Leader Other key relationships : Onsite Representatives Techno-commercial team Consulting/Researchteam. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

: As a CS you will create, identify, and build long-lasting relationships with customers. As an individual you will represent MnM and drive the revenue impacting decision of companies; you must be a self- starter with high business acumen who can identify and create a large impact of business within a short period of time. This is a role that will be critical to the development and success of the business globally. Offer continuous support for 4-5 client accounts by driving the consumption of strategic actionable insights and driving high-impact decision making Proactively initiate new project pipeline through additional analysis or research for the client by working closely with the MnM research team Generate new opportunities within existing accounts Manage research projects for clients such as market sizing, pricing analytics, competitive landscape assessment, benchmarking studies and more by coordinating between the client,onsite & research team Identify other strategic areas for revenue within existing client organizations to developmore client relationships Coordinate and lead the entire business development process – introductions,presentations, proposals, and closing. Required and most valued skills: Ability to learn quickly, great relationship building and communication skills, ability to understand and connect problems, desire, and work ethic to grow professionally and personally. IDEAL EXPERIENCE The ideal Candidate's Qualifications include: Requirement: ➢ MBA from Tier 1 Institute ➢ Superior Executive Presence, Business Acumen and willing to work in US/UK shifts.
