Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support and brand communication located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing technical support, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis, coordinating internally with various departments on ensuring customer satisfaction and manage all brand external coordination.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Technical Support, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer satisfaction driven mindset
• Experience of working on CRM tools such as shopify, shiprocket, Gokwik, unicommerce amongst others
• proficient in microsoft office
• Have worked as entrepreneur in direct 2 consumer space.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired
