Job description
Contribute to the development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools Perform weekly P&L and cash forecasts as directed by the FP&A team Generate weekly and monthly KPI reporting packages Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures to track and manage Bes financial performance Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis of strategic initiatives identified by senior management Support monthly and quarterly budget versus actual analysis; and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance Work with a global financial planning and analysis system (Adaptive Planning, or similar) and Dashboard reports Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team .
Qualified CA/CMA or MBA Finance 10+ years (Post Qualification) 10+ years finance and financial modeling experience Strong understanding of and ability to model working relationship between financial statements Strong understanding of GAAP as it relates to impact on financial models Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Also Exposure to Business Analytics will be an added advantage Ability to organize complex and ambiguous business decisions, and to collect data necessary to conduct meaningful analysis to support business recommendations Committed to high standards of accuracy and precision Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Chartered Accountant, or MBA( Finance) from a premier institute
