Job description
Our Client is a valve manufacturer offering solutions in the water and wastewater sector water control and provides valves hints.
Hands on working with the manufacturing team building and testing control panels
Oversees daily work of employees creates and manages employee schedule
Provides employee training Warns disciplines or terminates employees not working to company standards.
Reviews work completed to ensure it is up to quality standards and delivered within budget
Enforces all health and safety policies in the shop including ensuring that shop area is clean & organized.
Possesses solid analytical and problemsolving abilities to assists engineers and project managers to addresses and resolves design & customer issues.
Maintains tooling and consumables to the necessary quantities to support workload
Possesses detailed knowledge of manufacturing.
