Arham Technologies Limited is a leading LED Television manufacturer in central India. We operate as the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for domestic brands. Our vision is to be the preferred manufacturing partner for brands operating across India.
We are seeking a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for optimize our sales, marketing, and customer support processes.
Responsibilities:
· Analyse customer behaviour and measure their impact on business outcomes to update strategies
· Maintain smooth communication with customers and promptly reply to their queries
· Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
· Identify the most efficient customer interaction approaches & prioritize them accordingly
· Use existing customer data to gain new leads and potential customers
· Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation.
· Handle inbound calls with extreme professionalism.
· Making entries in the CRM portal in alignment with the predefined systems.
Requirements, Experience, and Skills:
· Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
· 0-2 years working with CRM
· High attention to detail and ability to multitask priorities with tight deadlines
· Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements
· Excellent verbal (Hindi & English) and written communication skills.
