Duties And Responsibilities

Accounting and administrative duties are the main responsibilities of the ideal candidate. You will be responsible for processing orders, invoices, purchases, transactions, and expenses, and updating our accounting database to support our business growth and accounting department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and expertise in accounting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Tally data entry including sales , purchase , receipts, payments , bank reconciliation statements and preparation of debtors/ creditors statements.
  • Receiving and processing all invoices
  • Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
  • Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.
  • Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, ServiceTax.
