Technical requirements:- Engineering (L3 or L4) knowledge on OpenShift / Kubernetes- Overall (at least 4+ years) experience on ECS OpenShift / Cloud Ops support.- Experience in Git, Bitbucket and Software Release management.- Knowledge, skills and abilities to deploy OpenShift Container Platform in both public and private cloud.- Knowledge, skills and abilities to engineer and automate application deployment via CI/CD Pipelines using industry best practices and open source software.- Minimum of 2 years of experience or certification in Google Cloud Platform Professional Skill Requirements:- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment- Desire to work in an information systems environment- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills (1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.)
