Job Description :
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment End to End Process .
· Should have sound knowledge in IT Technologies as per market industry and work experience in Interview Coordinating.
· Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and interview schedule.
· Maintain applicant tracking system ( ATS ) and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
· Coordinating with internal team members to get Interview Schedules Data, maintaining proper follow-up.
· Sound knowledge in Google Sheets, Google Forms, Excel, and Outlook .
· Good Communication Skills and convincing skills.
· Should have knowledge of sourcing and screening using various portals.
· Should be comfortable to work on Saturdays.
· Should have knowledge on below technologies:
· Data Scientist/AI/ML Engineer/Cloud Engineer
· QA Automation
· Frontend /Angular/Reactjs
· .NET Full stack developer/c#.net
· AWS Data Engineer /ODI DEVELOPER
· UI/UX /SQL Developer
· Android /IOS Developer
· Azure DevOps
· Java full Stack Developer and other technologies ..
· Nice to Have:
· Work experience into various Domains: Infra,Banking/financial,Health Care,Networking etc
· Niche skills knowledge
