Note: Candidates with 3-4 Years of experience in HR recruitment and a background in staff hiring for the hospitality industry or cloud kitchen industry in a similar position are encouraged to apply for this role.
Location: Delhi/NCR.
Salary : Salary between 4 and 5 Lacs per annum, depending on experience. However, salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Hr Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The Recruiter's role includes placing job advertisements, conducting virtual and in-person interviews, negotiating salaries, and making job offers. The Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure business success and will also be responsible for managing existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage with qualified candidates (Shift Managers, Chefs, Packing Boys, Kitchen Helpers, Housekeeping staff) through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Work closely with management / hiring managers to understand their team's needs and requirements.
Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Act as a brand ambassador for Caterspoint Futuristic Foods and promote our employer brand.
Utilize recruitment metrics to assess and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
Provide regular reports on key recruitment metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
