Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide insights on the talent market, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Job Posting and Advertisement: Craft compelling job descriptions, post vacancies on relevant platforms, and create engaging recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment performance.

Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the offer and acceptance process.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

Have experience in hiring candidates from retail, e-commerce, FMCG, real estate, QSR, and Manufacturing industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
