Job description
:
To lead a team of Scientists for execution of assigned projects, independently
To provide scientific inputs to Scientists on job
Monitoring the performance of Scientists on a routine basis
Ordering raw materials for assigned projects
To take leadership role in trouble shooting, performing problematic reactions or potentially difficult synthesis
Design and evaluation of synthetic schemes for safety, scalability and economy by performing required literature survey and consultations with peers
Communication with clients
Preparation of project reports
Training and mentoring of junior scientists
Liaison with other departments for smooth execution of projects and other responsibilities
