Job description
We are looking for a Chief revenue officer (CRO) for a large Global Services Company. The position is based in Bangalore, India and reports to the Managing Director and CEO.
The role has a focus on strategic planning, marketing, branding, and partnerships. The CRO will execute on the corporate strategic plan — focusing on the expansion of customer segments and business partnerships
The role is required to Partner with leadership to execute the corporate strategic plans, ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company's revenue-generating departments. The role manages the global sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments. CRO shall monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth and identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams
We are looking for executives with over 20 years of experience in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth with proven track record of growing revenue and having significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
