Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Trainer in the B2C Vertical you will be responsible for conducting training sessions on our companys product line to both employees and customers. Your role will involve:

• Creating and delivering engaging training programs to educate employees and customers about our healthcare and Ayurveda products
• Developing training materials including manuals presentations and interactive online resources
• Assessing training needs and designing customized training programs
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to employees and customers addressing any productrelated queries or concerns

Candidate Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in MLM Industry or Channel Sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and Ayurveda products
• Ability to effectively train and educate diverse audiences
