Job description
· Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities –
- Focus on developing both (Premium) & (Luxury) segment brands with a clear strategy.
- To do market coverage region-wise covering Projects , Modern retail, Traditional Retail.
- Build a complete redistribution strategy & implement across the country.
- Take ownership of top customers & generate sales from personally owned customers.
- Specification of products through Influencers like Architects, Designers, and Consultants.
- Build a strong connection with Developers & Building contractors.
- Build a network of Regional Dealer, Sub-Dealers, Modern Retail Outlets across country.
- Introduce and promote new products and generate sales as per market potential mapping.
- Build channel networks considering focus on different product verticals.
- Identify the dealers who are not performing as per their counter potential mapping and take corrective measures, supporting them to deliver desired results.
- Ensure a strong customer interaction on a daily basis.
- Ensure Architects, Builders, Customers and Dealers' walkins in the showroom.
- Ensure participants in local events, exhibitions and meets to promote Company.
- Ensure minimum 5 - 6 business meetings in each working day.
- Ensure adherence to the Company's systems, guidelines as processes.
