About Atica:

Atica is a technology company specializing in sales & revenue management for hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and Wyndham, etc.)

Work mode : Work from office

Experience : 0 to 2 years

Joining : Immediate

Location : Pune, Maharashtra

Timings : 4 PM to 2 AM IST - [5 Days Working]

Salary Range : 4 to 4.8 LPA

Responsibilities:

● Assist in sales for various hotels in the United States, with a focus on multi-branded establishments. Establish and implement a sales action plan to achieve or surpass revenue targets.

● Manage and maintain a sales pipeline by using a CRM to manage customer accounts and expedite the sales process.

● Respond promptly to all RFPs on platforms such as CVENT, Lanyon, Hotel Planner, etc.

● Discover fresh distribution channels and alternative revenue sources for hotels.

● Generate reservations for disconnected channels on relevant PMS software for assigned properties.

Requirements:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills for general correspondence, proposals, and reports.

● Proficient in persuasive communication and capable of effectively conveying the value of your work and outcomes to hotel clients.

● A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about contributing and learning from others.

● Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that strives for continuous improvement.

● Available to work during United States timings (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
