Job Description
Creative Vision:
- Lead the creative vision for advertising campaigns, ensuring originality and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and compelling creative concepts.
Concept Development:
- Generate and develop creative concepts aligned with client briefs and campaign goals.
- Provide artistic guidance throughout the ideation process.
Visual Identity:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of visual brand identities across campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in design elements to enhance brand recognition.
Artistic Direction :
- Provide clear artistic direction to visualizers and designers, inspiring innovative solutions.
- Mentor the team to push creative boundaries.
Client Collaboration:
- Participate in client meetings to understand brand preferences and goals.
- Present creative concepts, addressing client feedback and ensuring alignment with their vision.
Campaign Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with production teams to translate concepts into various media formats.
Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and creative technologies.
- Apply insights to enhance the agency's creative capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-6yrs) as an Art Director in an advertising agency or similar environment.
