Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer for Underwriting

Responsibilities: 
•    Back-office operations, exception management, investigate/ resolve system errors
•    Allocate tasks to internal teams as per requested by the customer
•    Provide support to UW (mail / chat) & resolve their queries on products/ offerings
•    Manage system stop and provide approval as per company guidelines
•    Handle policy issuance/ maintenance activities
•    Communicate with customer (mail/ chat) & process their requests in systems 
•    Communicate (phone/ mail) with vendors/ partners to solve their queries  
•    Contact other insurance companies to seek prospect’s existing insurance details
•    Maintain customer records in internal systems
•    Interaction with internal teams like products/ claims over emails
Hiring setups
•    Preference will be to have Knowledge of Insurance Contract & understand risk parameters
•    Expertise in P&C Insurance

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
•    Graduate
•    Good Communication – Both Written and oral
Preferred Qualifications
•    Sound knowledge of computers and MS office
•    Good Communication skills
•    Able to understand customer request
•    Eye for Detail – High of accuracy
•    Ability to handle clients and deal with them on an end-to-end basis – client calls, dashboards, team productivity, etc.
•    Taking escalation for resolving critical issues, understand end client impact; ensuring delivery and business continuity 
•    Good Logical reasoning ability
•    Excel & PPT knowledge
