Job description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
KEUS is a smart home automation solutions provider that caters to premium and luxury customers. Is looking for a Project In-Charge in the operations department to do the site inspections, BOM preparation, and Monitoring of the installations and FRs, of the home automation products. Someone who understands house wiring and power supply, and knows AutoCAD/Dialux Software tool, could be a good fit for the role. This role also needs to handle a team of 4-5 people.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Site inspections and monitoring of the site readiness for the Installation of home automation products at customer premises
- Should know the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, Invertor, generator power supply)
- Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose a solution
- Regular visits to client sites and advise the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards required for the home automation solution
- Troubleshoot the home automation module's connectivity issues
- Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints
- Handle the Escalations on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management
- Should be the single point of contact for the site and ensure site readiness and installation
- Knowledge of Auto Cad and Dialux software is preferable
Desired Candidate Profile: - Preferably 3 to 6 years of expertise in home automation and lighting product installation
- proficient in house wiring, load calculation, and proficiency in understanding AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of power supplies, investors, generators, and related systems
- Seeking individuals with B.Tech/B.E/Diploma specializing in EEE or ECE
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
