Job Summary The Client Success Manager (CSM) serves as the voice of the client to Veradigm and the voice of Veradigm to the client. The CSM promotes client retention and overall client satisfaction. Understands the technical side of projects and provides insight and tips on how-to Product features, troubleshoots client issues, and provides resolution. Providing the ultimate client experience is our goal, which will be achieved through persistence while supporting our clients.
Essential Functions - Providing technical support to users by researching issues, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, escalating issues, providing solutions training by guiding clients through corrective steps, and documenting solutions
- Improving client reference materials by updating existing materials or creating new materials as needed
- Participating in the development of client training programs by identifying areas for improvement and creating instructional materials
- Performing to SLAs according to client service agreements
- Improving system performance and function by identifying gaps and problems and recommending changes
- Continually improving subject matter expertise by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks
Job Requirements - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 2-4 years relevant work experience (Preferred)
- Prior customer service or systems admin experience in a software product
- Experience with AWS, S3, IIS, Aginity, or Microsoft SQL Server (Preferred)
- Experience with medical claims or risk adjustment data (Preferred)
