Minimum 2 years Job Description: Aimlay Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Admission Counselor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in admissions counseling, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Role: Senior Admission Counsellor. Responsibilities- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided). Converting the leads into Admissions (Inside Sales) via Outbound calls Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales. Counselling prospect (working professionals) and guiding them about the different courses UG, PG, PhD and Medical courses Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective demos to prospects Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead) Close sales and achieve monthly quotas Actively tracking and following up on potential leads. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings

Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications Previous working experience as an Admission Counsellor/Inside Sales/ Business Development Associate in EdTech Industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Active listening skills & confident and soft-spoken. Prompt problem-solving & decision-making skills. Adaptability and accountability Strong listening and presentation skills
